Shipping Charges

Shipping within India is free and completely borne by us. However, international shipping charges will be additional and calculated based on the weight and volume of the product and the destination country. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

Returns

All our garments are customized and made to order. Each garment is handcrafted according to the customer's instructions and needs. Therefore, by placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts our terms and conditions. No exchange or return will be offered once the order is placed. However, extra margins will be provided inside for alterations at your end.

Taxes & Duties

Product prices displayed are at the maximum retail price. For international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the customer is responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the destination country. Payment of these fees at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Orders and Cancellations

Our primary aim is to serve the customer's best interest. However, we reserve the right to accept or reject orders if necessary. Since our orders are customized specifically for each customer, no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once the order is placed. We do not offer refunds on orders once they are placed, as each order is specially made for the specific customer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
